Q: What is the difference between the RoSK weather-proof products?

A: Each product differs in design, fabrics and where they are manufactured. Please read below for further clarity.

Q: What are RoSK water resistant products made of?

A: The new Pouch, Woobee Plush blankets, bibs, and burps are made of super plush, polyester front fabrics that can be found on many of today’s high-end plush baby blankets. The backing is a DWR (durable water resistant) nylon that protects baby from the elements, and to attach your RoSK blanket with nylon grosgrain ribbon ties.

Q: How are RoSK water resistant products different in design?

A: We designed the new Pouch to be more like a sac or bag, with an elastic hem to give it a snug fit to protect against colder weather. It has a front pocket to keep your hands warm, and snap tabs which allow the user to streamline the fit for different strollers and carriers (works on Ergo style, Moby’, & Bjorn style carriers). The Woobee Plush is the blanket that started it all, and has design eliments to make it unique -squared corners, custom striped ribbon ties, extra plush fabrics, and a thick contrast stitch. The rectangular shape allows you to ue it endless ways, and for years as your children grow. It is a great extra layer in the cooler month, but you will find plenty of use all year around!

Q: What is the RoSK UPF 45+ Sun Cover made out of?

A: The manufacturer we use for our Sun Cover uses 100% cotton and dyes that are Oko-Tek 100 certified. The UPF protection is added during the manufacturing process when the textiles are being dyed, we have tested this dye for saftey at the highest standards and it is 100% safe for babies. This sun protection will not decrease when machine washed. We tested the UPF protection level at a third party facility and the results showed UPF 45+ protection.

Q: Where are RoSK products made?

A: RoSK considers our environmental impact and are proud of all our manufacturers. The Woobee Graphic blankets, A few Woobee Plush blankets, bibs, and burps are hand sewn in our hometown of Seattle, Washington. The Woobee Plush, Woobee Fleece, Pouch and Sun Cover are manufactured in China at a sewing facility that follows safe and fair working conditions in conformity with the standards of the International Labour Organization (ILO). Our Chinese manufacturer is a mother owned company that is considerate of the environment, as well as their employees. They are pioneers is using solar panels to power machines and actually give their pregnant employees a one year paid maternity leave. Amazing, right? We could not be more proud how this manufacturer treats the earth and their staff.

Q: Can I include a gift message with my order for a friend?

A: Yes, you certainly can. After you order your RoSK product email your message along with your order number to info@roskbaby.com. You will receive a confirmation email within 1-2 business days, and we will make sure the messages is included with your gift.

Q: How long will it take for my RoSK order to arrive?

A: We process your order within 2-4 business days. We ship from Sacramento, CA via USPS Priority which takes approximately 2-3 business days for delivery.

Q: Do you ship outside of the US?

A: RoSK products are available to our worldwide customers. When you place your order there will be a shipping choice. This is where you will select outside the US shipping option and view the charges. Please note, if you choose first class international shipping delivery can range between 6-21 businessdays depending on the country.

Q: I had trouble placing an order, what should I do?

A: Please submit a comment to info@roskbaby.com and we will respond within 1-2 business days. We appreciate all your comments and enlightening us to potential quirks in our ordering system.

Q: How do I exchange or return my RoSK product?

A: If you purchased your order from our web site please send the product you would like to exchange/return unused to:

RoSK – 300 NW 62nd St Seattle, WA 98107. Include your packing slip with the details about your exchange or whether you would like a refund. If you purchased your RoSK product from one of our retailers, please return it directly to them. We stand behind the quality of our products. If you should recieve a flawed RoSK product please follow the exchange/return directions above and we will replace or repair your product. Q: Can I track my shipment?

A: RoSK’s system does not automatically send tracking numbers but we do have them on file. If you would like your tracking number or your shipment has not arrived within 7 business days please email info@roskbaby.com with your order number and we will respond within 1 business day.
